Sarah Frances is pleased to announce that she has been selected as an Honored Artist by the Mississippi State Committee of the National Museum of Women in the Arts. She will be speaking at the Honored Artists' Luncheon in Jackson on August 1st.
Sarah Frances Hardy lives with her husband and three daughters in Oxford, Mississippi, where she is surrounded by a wonderful community of writers and readers. After retiring from the practice of law, Sarah Frances dusted off her paintbrushes and writing notebooks, and pursued her dream of writing and illustrating children's books.
Additionally, Sarah Frances serves as President of the Oxford Historic Preservation Commission and President of the Friends of the University of Mississippi Library. She is an active member of the Oxford/Lafayette Literacy Council and the Oxford High School Theatre Arts Guild. She serves as the PAL Coordinator for SCBWI Mississippi/Louisiana.
